A third-party results provider receives the name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include and use them to respond to that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. We review combined traffic data to maintain performance and understand which resources are used. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable browser technology.
How Information Is Used
Information supports site operation, error diagnosis, aggregate traffic counts, replies, and page improvements. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual browsing profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to North Little Rock offices, Pulaski County portals, Arkansas agencies, courts, archives, libraries, and outside search services. Each destination controls data submitted there under its own policy. The provider of sponsored search results also applies its own privacy terms.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and technical vendors process ordinary logs to provide their services. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data noted above. We may also disclose information when compelled by valid legal process.
Security and Retention
Connections use encryption, and logs are retained only while needed for the stated purposes. Because the service has no visitor accounts, it holds no account password or user profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly gather personal details from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor has sent information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may provide rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Arkansas does not currently provide one comprehensive consumer-deletion law covering every data broker. For information we control, use the Contact page; we will check contact mail and server logs for responsive material. Public records held by North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas agencies, or courts remain under the custodian's law and correction process. Arkansas FOIA, Ark. Code Ann. ยง25-19-101 et seq., governs access to qualifying government records but does not give us authority to alter them.
